This was date night. It was a little warmer than usual but I knew it would cool down later in the evening, so I brought along a scarf. I wore this in the fall too with fishnet stockings and black pointy pumps. My sister thought I should have put it away until next fall but I think it looks great with gladiator sandals and a pretty cross body purse. I could also stick a silky top underneath for a retro vibe!

I am obsessed with accessories. Love, love, love them! Although I have to admit I can be a bit of an accessories snob. With accessories and jewelry I know I will have them forever so I like to invest in good pieces. I'm perfectly happy with a dress from Forever 21 as long as I can pair it with a nice handbag and belt. I love this Prada belt because I can wear it with just about anything and it makes everything so much cuter. I bought this Rebecca Minkoff purse because I walk a lot and need good crossbody bags to fit my wallet, phone and lip balm. Our morning coffee run is my favorite time of day. Mandi and I call it family fun time because we bring Sadie and Bomber along. One of us has to stay outside with the babies while the other runs in for coffee and our favorite smoothie. It's called the Caribbean Dream from Whole Foods and it's made with bananas, pineapple juice, kale, coconut milk and mangos. What a fun and healthy way to start the day.

I love spring! Especially in Portland because flowers bloom everywhere and you can't help but soak up every drop of sunlight. I bought this dress at Target forever ago. I guess I was waiting for the perfect occasion to wear it. I went out to dinner with my boyfriends parents for his moms birthday. I took the train out to meet them so I wanted comfortable shoes, and a big purse to hold my iPad so I could get some work done. I was in a grape mood because I wore grape lip and cheek lip stain, and stopped for a polish change at the salon and brought my purple nail polish with me.
