It's peach season! And if you love peaches as much as I do, buy a case, because they are delicious. I wanted to try a new drink with them. Labor Day weekend is coming up soon, and this drink would be great for BBQ's and parties.
3 oz of Stoli vodka
1 1/2 oz of simple syrup
1/4 of a peach
2-3 slices of mango
1/4 cup ice
1 slice kiwi (for garnish)
Muddle your peach and mango in your shaker. Add your simple syrup, (hot water and sugar).
Pour in you vodka and ice. Shake vigorously, pour contents into your martini glass, you may need to shake it a bit to get the fruit out. Garnish if you would like and serve.
