The Beautystand Chapstick Trick
Have you ever had a zipper that just doesn't work correctly or always gets stuck? One of my best friends just stopped by and told me the most amazing trick for pesky zippers. They make stick lubricant that maintains, protects and prolongs zipper life that you can buy here. Instead she used her Treat Soft Candy Jumbo Lip Balm I had given her as a stick lubricant. After rubbing it up and down the zipper it now worked correctly! Added bonus her husband told her she smelled delicious!

One of my best friends is in town today so instead of going to the office I'm playing hookie. We are planning on doing some shopping, having lunch and enjoying the sunshine so I decided to wear some cute but comfortable shoes.

The Beautystand Sonia Kashuk Makeup Brush Set
A makeup artist friend of mine told me the best way to apply makeup is with your fingers. So ever since then that is mostly what I use until now. I wanted a new angled eyeliner brush so I could play with some of the new cream eyeliners I bought so I asked Mandi to pick me up a set while she was at Target. She wanted a set too so she bought us each the same set of course! I love it because the brushes are pink. The set is from Sonia Kashuk and with each purchase of the set Target is donating 15% to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Mandi loves them but I haven't used mine yet so I will let you know what I think. What kind of makeup brushes do you use?
